BIKEABILITY BIKE LIBRARY PROCESS - AUTUMN TERM 2026
Where time (and our stocks) allows bikes will be available for loan up to four weeks before and after your child’s Bikeability session. Bikes can be booked as follows:

If there is a bike that you would like to borrow, then send an e-mail to bikeability@windsorcyclehub.org, using the following subject line “BBL – [insert Bike Reference (WCH-***)] [insert School name].
In the e-mail please provide the following information:
Date of your child’s Bikeability session;
Date you would like to borrow the bike from; and
Date you would like to borrow the bike to.

Upon receipt of your request, we will endeavour to get back to you within 3 days to confirm the booking and arrange for a mutually convenient time for pick-up from our storage arch (https://maps.app.goo.gl/DZ2kLEPW1dN1BBNH7?g_st=ic).
Please ensure that your child is with you when you come to pick-up the bike, so that we can check it is the correct size, if it isn’t we will endeavour to find an alternative.
We will contact you at least one week before the end of the loan period to arrange the bike’s drop off.
Before taking the bike you (the child’s Parent or Guardian) will be required to sign a simple Disclaimer and Condition form. Our Terms and Conditions are described here.
